App Privacy Policy
Last updated: 09 February 2026
Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to all mobile apps we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store (the “Apps”), and to related services we provide for those Apps (including customer support, community channels we operate, analytics, marketing/advertising tied to the Apps, and in-App events) (together, the “Services”).
App-by-App Differences
Features vary across our Apps. Sections on Advertising/Measurement, Analytics/Crash Reporting, and Purchases/Subscriptions apply only to Apps that include those features. If an App does not include a feature, we do not collect or use the related data for that App. Consent prompts (such as iOS App Tracking Transparency or EEA/UK consent dialogs) are shown only where required by the features present in that App.
1) About This Privacy Notice
This Notice explains how A-ONE Golf (“A-ONE Golf”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, processes, and discloses information when you download, access, and/or use our Apps or interact with the Services.
By using the Apps or Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Notice, including our and our partners’ use of data for advertising (where present), measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before processing (for example, App Tracking Transparency on iOS or consent prompts in the EEA/UK).
If you do not agree with this Notice, please do not use the Apps or Services.
2) Using Our Apps — Information We Collect
Account / Identity (optional)
Display name, avatar, and email address (for example, if you create an account or contact support).
Social Sign-In (optional)
Basic profile information and an authentication token from Apple, Google, or Facebook if you choose to sign in or link an account. You can disconnect these accounts in settings.
App Usage & Interaction
Feature usage, session events, preferences, progress, settings, and anti-abuse indicators. Public identifiers (such as a display name) may be visible where you choose to participate in social or competitive features.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive purchase receipts, product identifiers, pricing, timestamps, subscription status, and fraud-prevention signals. We do not receive full payment card details.
Device & App Information
Device model, operating system and version, language/locale, time zone, IP address (coarse location), app version, SDK versions, and push notification tokens.
Advertising & Attribution Identifiers
IDFA (iOS, only if you grant permission), GAID (Android), install referrer data, and campaign attribution signals.
Diagnostics & Security
Crash logs, error reports, performance metrics, and limited technical signals used to detect abuse, tampering, or automated misuse.
We do not access sensitive device data (such as precise GPS location, microphone, photos, or contacts) unless a feature clearly requires it and you explicitly opt in within the App.
3) Visiting Our Websites (Brief Note)
If you visit A-ONE Golf websites related to the Apps (such as support or promotional pages), we may collect web analytics and consent signals to operate and improve those sites. Please refer to the applicable website Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more information.
4) Profiles & Social Features
If you link a third-party account or participate in social features, certain profile elements (such as display name or avatar) may be visible to other users. We use this information for account functionality, security, support, and other purposes described in this Notice.
5) Marketing
Where permitted by law (and with consent where required), we and our partners may use your information to send communications about our Apps and Services or to display promotions for other A-ONE Golf Apps within the Apps you use. You can manage preferences in App settings or through opt-out mechanisms where provided.
6) Advertising
Some Apps may include advertising for third-party products or services. We and our advertising and measurement partners use information to serve, cap, and measure ads, and to improve the advertising experience.
Consent & Choice Management
Where required (for example, in the EEA/UK), we use a Consent Management Platform (CMP). On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the IDFA.
No Sale or Share
We do not sell personal information and do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law.
Your Controls
You can reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings, revoke permissions, and manage privacy options within the App where available. You may still receive non-personalized ads.
No Ads in Certain Apps
If an App does not include advertising, we do not access advertising identifiers for that App.
7) Ad Identifiers, Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use device advertising identifiers, SDK signals, and similar technologies to operate the Apps and, where applicable, to deliver and measure advertising. For web-based interactions, cookies or similar storage technologies may be used. Preferences can be managed through App settings, CMP tools, and your device or browser controls.
